Sageni appreciates and values its Web site visitors, subscribers and customer. We also respect your personal privacy and that extends to our commitment to protect any and all personal information you send to Sageni and www.Sageni.com. Our privacy policy may be revised or updated at any time. Any revisions will be immediately posted on this page.

When does Sageni collect personal information?

Visitors may provide personal information to Sageni in one of two ways: (1) by registering whne you subscribe to the Sageni Sum executive brief, (2) by inputing your information when you fill in the Contact form. When you subscribe to the Sageni Sum, the transaction is processed through PayPal's secure servers and at no time is your information shared or distributed to any party outside of Sageni. The only exception would be in regard to a proven legal process, such as a court subpoena, where we may be required by law.

How does Sageni use my personal information?

Sageni may use your information to contact you for purposes of distributing the Sageni Sum or for occasional updates, such as breaking news to our subscribers. All Sageni mails provide simple means to opt out of further mails.

Advertising on Sageni.com

Sageni intends to participate in Google's AdSense program, but at no time will Sageni provide advertisers with any personal information about Sageni visitors, customers and/or subscribers. Google's AdSense program works via Google's web-crawler program that looks for key words then places targeted ads based on those words; the program does not work using personal information of Sageni customers, subscribers or visitors.

What about any forums?

Any information you disclose voluntarily on our Web site in any forums we may develop in the future becomes public information. Sageni has no control over actions of our site users in a public forum setting, so you should never disclose private information in any Web site forum or discussion group.
